Custom Software & Development

Payments for completed milestones are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only if work has not started, the project is cancelled before development begins, or we are unable to deliver the agreed service.

Hosting & Cloud Services

  • Monthly hosting plans are non-refundable.
  • Annual hosting plans may qualify within the first 7 days if eligible.
  • Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method where possible.
